First Pitch

Ok…so the purpose of this blog is mostly to make public my research on amateur and semi-professional black baseball in Boston during the 19th and 20th centuries.  I have uploaded my capstone project on the website and will be writing pieces about the era on the blog.  I’m looking forward to telling a few stories that got lost in the editing process and the grander scale of the paper, and hope that this blog is able to reach others who have similar interests.
